Rebecca Lapp, M.S., CCC -SLP : CLINICAL EDUCATION DIRECTOR
Moniet Holloway, EdD, LSW : CLINICAL MANAGER
Dr. Moniet Holloway is a School Social Worker with several years in social work and mental healthcare. She holds a Doctorate in Education, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. At Select Savvy, she provides trauma-informed therapy to K–12 students, mentors clinicians, and supports staff through evidence-based practices to enhance service delivery and client care. She is thrilled to be the newest member of
the clinical education department, mentoring and supporting Team Savvy clinicians and
certified staff!
Destini Dawson M.S., CCC- SLP: CLINICAL MANAGER
Destini is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with several years of experience working with diverse populations across a variety of settings. Destini brings a grounded, people-first approach to leadership and is passionate about creating spaces where clinicians feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Tara Holycross OTR/L : CLINICAL MANAGER
Tara is a licensed Occupational Therapist driven to utilize her creativity, hard work ethic, and versatility as a key member of the clinical education team.
Having worked in a variety of settings, she brings strong crossover skills, adding immense value to Team Savvy. Fun fact: Tara is also a certified athletic trainer.
