Who are we?

Founded in 2021, Select Savvy offers a holistic approach to hiring our methods. Your work wellness is just as important to us as it is to you. We intentionally develop tools to help all of our team members grow and advance in their respective fields. Further, through all of our efforts, we aim to disrupt the arc of under representation  in the workplace, particularly in leadership, with an end goal of creating well-rounded careers and workplaces for all.

A note from a SAVVY CEO, Stephanie Burton

Hi, I’m Stephanie, the proud mother of a 26-year-old who received Special Education Services in public schools.  As a parent, I worked closely with my son’s Speech Language Pathologist and other related service professionals for years, so I know just how impactful the right therapist can be for each child served.

My experience as a parent equips me with a unique perspective on school-based therapy and how the right match between a therapist and student can make a vital difference in their livelihood. Watching my son experience such impactful gains in his daily activities sparked a passion in me for connecting dedicated therapists with their ideal caseloads, helping both children and therapists to thrive.

Inspired by this mission, I founded Select Savvy to bring a more personalized, meaningful approach to staffing, led by a woman who values authenticity and representation. We are honored to build a company that champions transparent hiring practices, quality candidate/job pairings, and uplifting impact at every level.

My passion for making workplaces more successful, equitable,  and impactful for all is the reason.
